IPO: Highways to High Returns? Cube Highways @ 151-152 Posted by Niilesh waghela  Mumbai: Cube Highways Trust on Wednesday fixed the price band at ₹151-152 per unit for its ₹5,000 crore public Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) issue, which will open for subscription on July 22. The public issue will close on July 24, while the anchor investor bidding date has been fixed for July 21, according to a public announcement. The issue is a 100 per cent book-built Offer for Sale (OFS) of units aggregating ₹5,000 crore by existing unitholders as the trust transitions from a privately listed InvIT to a publicly listed InvIT. Ahead of the issue, the trust secured ₹1,250 crore from strategic investors through unit subscription agreements executed on July 13. બીજેપીનો વિજય બજારને કેમ તારી ના શક્યો? નિલેશ વાઘેલા  મુંબઈ: સામાન્ય રીતે ચૂંટણી પરિણામ જો શાસક પક્ષની તરફેણમાં આવે તો શેરબજારમાં મોટો ઉછાળો જોવા મળે છે. જોકે આ વખતે એવું જોવા ન મળ્યું, બજારમાં તાત્કાલિક અસરમાં ૧૦૦૦ પોઇન્ટ જેવો ઉછાળો આવ્યો ખરો, પણ ટકી ન શક્યો! આની પાછળ કેટલાક મહત્વના કારણો છે.  પશ્ર્ચિમ બંગાળમાં ભાજપ શાસનમાં આવવાના સંકેત સાથે એક ઐતિહાસિક પરિવર્તનને આકાર મળ્યો છે. આ પ્રકારનો રાજકીય ભૂકંપ સામાન્ય રીતે દલાલ સ્ટ્રીટ પર અનેક દિવસની રેલીને વેગ આપતો હોય છે, પરંતું આ ઉન્માદ ઝાઝો ટક્યો નહીં! ચૂંટણી પરિણામ પ્રેરિત તેજીનો ઉત્સાહ થોડા કલાકો સુધી પણ ટક્યોે નહીં, કારણ કે વૈશ્ર્વિક વાસ્તવિકતાઓએ તેજીની પાર્ટીને કચડી નાખી. ઐતિહાસિક ચૂંટણી પરિણામ જાહેર થયાના બીજા જ દિવસે, મંગળવારે સેન્સેક્સ સવારના સત્રમાં ૫૦૦ પોઈન્ટથી વધુ તૂટી ગયો, અને નિફ્ટી ૦.૬ ટકા ગબડ્યો હતો, કારણ કે અન્ય બધા જ મહત્ત્વના પરિબળો બજાર માટે નકારાત્મક રહ્યા છે.  સત્રને અંતે સેન્સેક્સ ૨૫૧ પોઇન્ટ અને નિફ્ટી ૮૬.૫૦ પોઇન્ટના ઘટાડા સાથે સ્થિર થયો હતો. બજારને અવરોધનારું સૌથી મોટું સંકટ ક્રૂડ ઓઇલના ભાવ ઉછાળાને લગતુ...
