હ્યુન્ડાઈનો ફ્લોપ શો, સૌથી મોટા આઇપીઓએ રોકાણકારોને નિરાશ કર્યા નિલેશ વાઘેલા મુંબઈ: હ્યુન્ડાઈ ઈન્ડિયાએ અપેક્ષા મુજબ ડી-સ્ટ્રી પર ફ્લોપ શો કર્યો. આ સૌથી મોટા આઇપીઓએ અગાઉના,  તેમના સમયના સૌથી મોટા જાહેર ભરણાંના નકારાત્મક માર્ગને અનુસરીને રોકાણકારોને નિરાશ કર્યા હતા. હ્યુન્ડાઈ ઈન્ડિયાનો આઇપીઓ બહુવિધ બ્રોકરેજના ઊંચા રેટિંગ છતાં ૧.૫ ટકાના ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ સાથે લોન્ચ થયો હતો અને પ્રારંભિક ટ્રેડ દરમિયાન જ શેરમાં છ ટકા સુધીનો કડાકો નોંધાયો હતો. જો કે પાછળથી તેમાં અમુક અંશે સુધારો જોવા મળ્યો હતો.  નોંધનીય છે કે અગાઉના મોટા આઇપીઓ જેમ કે પેટીએમ અને એલઆઇસીને પણ આવી જ શરૂઆતનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો. બજારના સાધનો અનુસાર આ જાહેર ભરણાંનું અત્યંત મોટું કદ અને ઊંચા મૂલ્યાંકન તેના ગબડવા પાછળના મુખ્ય પરિબળો હતા. આ બધા પરિબળ હોવા છતાં, આપણે એ પણ નોંધવું પડશે કે, હ્યુન્ડાઈ તેની બજાર સ્થિતિ અને એસયુવી સેગમેન્ટ પર વ્યૂહાત્મક ફોકસને કારણે મોટા કડાકાથી પોતાને બચાવીને ટકી રહેવામાં સફળ રહ્યો છે. પરંતુ બજારને અચરજ એ વાતનું છે કે  નોમુરા, મેક્વેરી અને મોતીલાલ ઓસ્વાલ જેવા ત્રણ ટોચના બ્રોકરેજ  હાઉસ તરફથી પહ...

This largest IPO disappointed investors, following the path of earlier largest IPO's. in their times!  Hyundai India's IPO launched with a loss, despite high ratings from multiple brokerages.
