Glenmark and IADVL's Awareness Campaign for Vitiligo Patients in Indi a Posted By Shubahm Rathod Mumbai: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists, and Leprologists (IADVL) have teamed up to launch a poignant initiative in support of vitiligo patients in India. On World Vitiligo Day, Glenmark unveiled picture postcards and a calendar featuring winning artworks from a nationwide painting competition titled "Empathy in Every Stroke." This competition aimed to raise awareness and foster understanding about vitiligo—a skin disorder affecting pigmentation. Dermatologists across India submitted over 150 entries creatively depicting the journey of vitiligo patients and advocating for diversity acceptance. A panel of judges, including renowned figures from the art world, selected 22 winning paintings.
