Allcargo & YCMOU Team Up to Skill Youth for Employment

Mumbai, June 17: Allcargo Group, through its CSR arm Avashya Foundation, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU), Nashik, to strengthen industry-aligned skill development initiatives and promote sustainable livelihood opportunities for youth.
The strategic partnership aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping youth with market-relevant skills, recognized certifications, and enhanced career pathways, particularly for individuals from underserved and economically weaker communities.
At a ceremony held at the YCMOU campus in Nashik, the MoU was formally signed and exchanged by Dr. Govind Kathalkute, Registrar & Finance Officer, YCMOU and Dr. Nilratan Shende, Head – CSR, Allcargo Group, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration to strengthen industry-aligned skilling and livelihood promotion initiatives.
