ડિંડોશી અદાલતે બોરીવલી રિડેવલપમેન્ટ છેતરપિંડી કેસમાં કેતન શાહ અને અન્ય 12ને આગોતરા જામીન નકાર્યા મુંબઈ: ડિંડોશી અદાલતે સોમવારે બોરીવલી સ્થિત ઋશિકેશ પાર્ક CHS ફેડરેશન લિ.ના કેતન નટવરલાલ શાહ અને અન્ય 12 સભ્યોની આગોતરા જામીન અરજી ફગાવી દીધી. આ કેસમાં શિમ્પોલી વિસ્તારમાં આવેલી હાઉસિંગ સોસાયટીઓના રિડેવલપમેન્ટની મંજૂરી અપાવવાના બહાને કથિત છેતરપિંડી, કપટ, ખોટા દસ્તાવેજો બનાવવું અને બિલ્ડરો પાસેથી રકમ એકત્ર કરવાના આક્ષેપો સામેલ છે. ઋશિકેશ પાર્ક CHS ફેડરેશનના સચિવ કેતન નટવરલાલ શાહ અને અન્ય ફેડરેશન સભ્યો સામે બોરીવલી પોલીસે ગુનો નોંધ્યો હતો. આક્ષેપ મુજબ, મૂળ ડેવલપર આર કે બિલ્ડર્સ પાસે વિકાસ હકો યથાવત હોવા છતાં, ફેડરેશનની ઇમારતોના રિડેવલપમેન્ટ માટે બિલ્ડરોને આમંત્રિત કરતાં સમાચારપત્રોમાં જાહેરાતો પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવી હતી. આરોપ છે કે આરોપીઓએ 14 ડેવલપરો પાસેથી કુલ ₹14 લાખ વસૂલ્યા હતા.
