Kajol recently made a remark on a talk show that got everyone talking about relationships and marriage. Her statement came during a light-hearted segment, but quickly turned into one of the most discussed topics on social media.

The conversation took place on the celebrity chat show Two Much with Twinkle and Kajol. During a fun segment called This or That, Twinkle Khanna asked a question that caught everyone's attention, "Should marriage have an expiry date and a renewal option?" Kajol didn't hesitate before choosing her side. 

She confidently stepped into the green zone to show her agreement, while Twinkle, Vicky Kaushal, and Kriti Sanon stayed in the red zone, showing they disagreed.

Kajol then explained her reasoning in her trademark candid way. She said, "I definitely think so. What guarantees that you'll marry the right person at the right time? 

A renewal option would make sense, and if there's an expiry date, no one has to suffer for too long." Her comment drew laughter on the set, but outside the studio, it opened a real debate about how people today view commitment and love.

Soon after Kajol's comments made headlines, her husband and actor Ajay Devgn shared his perspective in an interview that seemed to subtly respond to the discussion. 

While speaking with actor R. Madhavan on BookMyShow's YouTube channel, Ajay talked about how the concept of love has changed over the years. Ajay reflected, "From what I see, it has become more casual than it was. The word 'love' has been used so much unnecessarily that it has lost its meaning. 

In our generation, saying 'I love you' was a big deal. Now people don't understand the depth of that word, it's overused."

Madhavan agreed, adding that earlier generations treated love with greater sincerity. "Even when we had to sign a card with 'love,' we took it seriously," he said. Ajay added, "Now every message has a heart emoji or ends with 'love.'"
