Collaboration with Mayo Clinic: Nursing Excellence Program
Lilavati Hospital has partnered with the Mayo Clinic to launch the Nursing Excellence Program. This program focuses on:
- Training and development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Key areas like nursing quality, leadership, patient safety, and competency building.
- Training through real-time practices, observations, and structured sessions.
At the end of the program, nurses will receive a certificate of completion from the Mayo Clinic, recognizing their advanced skills in patient care.
