एचडीएफसी एएमसी का शेयर  49.5 पर्सेंट टूटा, क्या है कारण?  Posted by Niilesh waghela  मुंबई: एचडीएफसी एसेट मैनेजमेंट कंपनी (एचडीएफसी एएमसी) के शेयरों में बुधवार को शुरुआती कारोबार में 49.5% की भारी गिरावट देखी गई। मंगलवार को बंद हुए 5,340.55 रुपये के मुकाबले बीएसई पर शेयर 2,694.95 रुपये पर खुला।  जो आज थोड़ा और लुढ़ककर 2676 के आसपास चल रहा है। हालाँकि, इसमें चिंता की कोई बात नहीं है क्योंकि कंपनी के हाल ही में स्वीकृत 1:1 बोनस इश्यू के बाद, बुधवार को ही शेयर का बोनस रहित कारोबार शुरू हो गया है। इस बदलाव का मतलब है कि शेयर की कीमत को अतिरिक्त शेयरों के जारी होने के अनुरूप समायोजित किया गया है, जिससे निवेशकों के अंतर्निहित मूल्य पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा।   मूल्य समायोजन निवेशकों की संपत्ति को प्रभावित किए बिना नए शेयरों के जुड़ने को दर्शाता है। 25 नवंबर तक रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद शेयरधारकों को कंपनी के इस तरह के पहले इश्यू में बोनस शेयर मिलेंगे। इस समायोजन के बाद कंपनी के शेयर का बीएसई पर एक साल के ऊपरी स्तर का भाव 2,965 रुपये हो गया जबकि एक साल का निचले स्तर का भाव 1,...

The Calcutta Stock Exchange has granted its approval for voluntary delisting of the ordinary shares of ITC from its "official list of exchange" with effect from November 20, 2025, said ITC in a regulatory filing. "It may be noted that the ordinary shares of the company will continue to remain listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited," said ITC. Earlier on October 30, the board of ITC in its meeting had approved voluntary delisting of the company's ordinary shares from CSE, pursuant to Regulations 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.
