Capri Global Capital Launches ₹4 Billion NCD Public Issue

Mumbai: - Capri Global Capital Limited, a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC), has announced a public issue of secured, rated, listed, and redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹4,000 million.
The issue, which opens on September 30, 2025, and closes on October 14, 2025, offers investors an effective yield of up to 9.69% per annum for Series VI NCDs.
The NCDs have been rated 'IVR AA/Positive' by Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited and 'ACUITE AA/Stable' by Acuite Ratings & Research Limited, indicating a high level of creditworthiness.
The debentures will be traded in dematerialized form and listed on BSE Limited.
Key Highlights of the Issue:
- Face Value: ₹1,000 per NCD
- Coupon Rates: 8.55% to 9.70% per annum
- Tenors: 18 months, 36 months, 60 months, and 120 months
- Interest Payment Options: Monthly and annual
- Allotment Basis: First-come-first-served basis, with proportionate allotment in case of oversubscription
