   NYKAA, ZOMATO MAY SOON LOSE LARGECAP TAG Mumbai: The last week was in favour of the bulls on Dalal Street as benchmark indices managed to cross crucial hurdles following the Reserve Bank of India's decision to pause interest rate hikes.  Nifty50 settled a tad lower than 17,600 points but clocked gains for the second consecutive week. While the overall trend for the market remains positive with a weak dollar and falling US bond yields, analysts do not see significant upside for the index in the coming week, as crucial events are lined up. Meanwhile, NAYKAA, ZOMATOAMONG 10 STOCKS THAT MAY SOON LOSE THEIR LARGECAP TAG!  The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), as part of its semi- annual categorisation rejig, can downgrade these 10 largecaps to midcaps. Largecaps are the firms ranked 1-100 based on their six- month average of their market cap.

However as concerns around the global financial crisis is subsided, most of technical analysts opined that crude may keep equity market volatile in a holiday-shortened week, but Nifty may head towards 17600 in coming days. The focus will be on RBI policy and also on foreign portfolio investors’ trading activity, they added. Equity markets will remain closed on Tuesday for ‘Mahavir Jayanti’ and on Friday on account of ‘Good Friday’.
