સેબીએ ટ્રાફિકસોલનો આઇપીઓ રદ્ કર્યો, કંપનીને રોકાણકારોના પૈસા પરત કરવા આદેશ નિલેશ વાઘેલા  મુંબઇ: માર્કેટ રેગ્યુલેટર સિક્યોરિટીઝ એન્ડ એક્સચેન્જ બોર્ડ ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા (સેબી)એ સોમવારે ટ્રાફિકસોલ આઇટીએસ ટેક્નોલોજિસનો એસએમઇ આઇપીઓ રદ કરવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે. માર્કેટ રેગ્યુલેટર દ્વારા અગાઉ જ આ આઇપીઓની તપાસ પેન્ડિંગ હોવાથી તેને સ્થગિત કરી દેવામાં આવ્યો હતો.  સેબીએ કંપનીને રોકાણકારોને નાણાં પરત કરવા જણાવ્યું હતું. આ રીતે બજાર નિયામકે આ ત્રીજા એસએમઇ જાહેર ભરણાની બાબતે દરમિયાનગીરી કરીને એકશન લીધી છે. તાજેતરમાં જ સેબીએ સીટુસી એડવાન્સ સિસ્ટમ્સનું લિસ્ટિંગ અટકાવ્યું હતું, જે આ વર્ષનો સૌથી મોટો એસએમઇ આઇપીઓ હતો અને કંપનીને રોકાણકારોના નાણાં પરત કરવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો હતો.  સેબીના ૧૬ પાનાના આદેશમાં જણાવાયું છે કે,  જે રોકાણકારોને પ્રારંભિક જાહેર ઓફરમાં શેર ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા હોય તેમને ટ્રાફિકસોલને રોકાણકારો દ્વારા ચૂકવવામાં આવેલા નાણાં પરત કરવા માટે નિર્દેશિત કરવામાં આવે છે. માર્કેટ વોચડોગએ મુંબઇ શેરબજારને પણ નિર્દેશ આપ્યો છે કે તેઓ આ મુદ્દા પર બેંકરો સાથે સંકલન કરીને રિફંડ પ્રક્રિયાની દેખરેખ રાખે અ...

"Trafiksol is directed to refund the money paid by the investors, who have been allotted shares in the Initial Public Offering," Sebi's 16-page order said. The market watchdog has also directed BSE to oversee the refund process in coordination with the bankers to the issue and the refund process must be completed within one week.
