Solarium Green Energy Limited IPO to Launch on February 6th posted by NILESH WAGHELA  Mumbai – Solarium Green Energy Limited, a company known for providing turnkey solutions in renewable energy, will open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on February 6, 2025.  The company aims to raise ₹105.04 Crores, with shares to be listed on the BSE SME platform. The IPO will offer 54,99,600 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, at an issue price band of ₹181 to ₹191 per share.  The funds raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The IPO process will begin with anchor investor bidding on February 5, 2025, followed by the main issue opening on February 6, 2025. The offer will close on February 10, 2025. Posted by Nilesh waghela  મુંબઇ: સરકારે રજૂ કરેલા 2025ના નવા અંદાજપત્રનો  અંદાજ શેરબજારને પસંદ આવ્યો ના હોય એવું પર્ફોમન્સ શનિવારના વિશેષ બજેટ સત્રમાં જોવા મળ્યું. આજે પણ બજાર ખુલતાવેંત ૫૦૦ પોઈન્ટનો કડાકો બોલી ગયો. ઐતિહાસિક આંકડાકીય માયાજાળનો અભ્યાસ કરવાનો શ્રમ નથી લીધો, પરંતુ પાછલા કેટલાંય વર્ષોમાં કેન્દ્રીય અંદાજપત્રની રજૂઆત બાદ અર્થતંત્રની પારાશીશી ગણાતાં શેરબજારના બેન્ચમાર્કમાં આટલો મામૂલી ફેરફાર જોવા મળ્યો હોય એવું યાદ નથી. બજેટની રજૂઆત બાદ મોટા ઉછાળા કે કડાકા બોલાયા હોવાના રેકોર્ડની જેમ આ સત્રનો અતિ સાધારણ ફેરફાર પણ ઇતિહાસમાં નોંધાશે. પ્રોત્સાહક પ્રસ્તાવો ધરાવતા અને મધ્યમ વર્ગને લહાણી કરનારા જણાતા અંદાજપત્રની રજૂઆત છતાં સેન્સેક્સ માંડ માંડ પોઝિટિવ ઝોનમાં ટકી શક્યો હતો, જ્યારે નિફ્ટી 23,500ની નીચે સરક્યો હતો. શનિવારે બજેટને કારણે શેરબજારમાં વિશેષ સત્રનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. એકંદરે પોપ્યુલિસ્ટ બજેટ હોવા છતાં તેમાં કેટલાક પ્રસ્તાવો અને દરખાસ્તો ધ્યાન ખેંછે એવા છે અને આવનારા સમયમાં અમુક ક્ષેત્રને તેનો લાભ મળી શકે છે. રોકાણકારેો આ ક્...
